Sean McGaughey’s For the Sake of Song
I was interviewed for Sean’s Podcast a few days ago, and wanted to share his site with you. Each episode is an interview with a songwriter, most of them indie artists that Sean has met as they travelled through his part of Canada.
They talk about their songwriting and musical background, and you get to hear their music too. Definitely worth a listen if you’re interested in songwriting and like the radio-show format podcast.
I’m actually considering signing up for this. I may have gone mad. The basic idea is that you use February to write a song every two days. Except, what with this year being a leap year, there’s an extra day in which to collaborate with someone else.
It’s like NaNoWriMo for songwriters….
